The Williams Bay School District is seeking an Ocupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year to support students ages 3 through 21 across district programs. Flexible scheduling and service models may be considered based on candidate availability and district needs.

Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain the following Wisconsin credentials:

  • Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Occupational Therapist License (#1812)

The ideal candidate will be organized, student-centered, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:

  • School-based occupational therapy services
  • IEP development, documentation, and compliance procedures
  • Inclusive service delivery models within general education settings
  • Sensory regulation, fine motor, and functional skill development
  • Collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but qualified candidates from pediatric, clinical, or related settings are encouraged to apply.
