Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities through standardized assessments and clinical observation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living and functional independence
• Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home modifications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

What You'll Need

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
