Learning Together Educational Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The OT will provide support to children aged infant to 3 years old in their home/natural setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of sensory, motor, and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have feeding experience. Key Responsibilities
*Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify sensory, fine motor, and functional skill deficits.
* Develop individualized treatment goals and plans based on assessment findings and family input.
* Provide hands-on, play-based therapy sessions that address each child’s unique developmental and sensory-processing needs.
* Incorporate fun, child-centered approaches to boost engagement and enhance progress.
* Feeding Therapy: If experienced or interested, support children with feeding challenges by addressing sensory and oral-motor skills.
* Communicate with parents/caregivers regarding treatment goals, progress, and strategies to reinforce skills at home.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (speech, physical therapy) for comprehensive care.
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as clinic policies and ethical standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current California OT license or eligibility for licensure.
* Previous pediatric experience (clinical rotations, internships, or professional roles) is preferred.
* Feeding therapy experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
* Ability to adapt and be creative in therapy sessions.
Eagerness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
