Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services

• Improve residents' ability to perform daily living activities

• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to optimize care

• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Passion for working with geriatric and rehab populations

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience:

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or rehab experience

• Familiarity with EMR documentation systems
