Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Hand Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Sacramento, CA. Our clinics are fully equipped to support a wide range of patient needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation to non-operative conditions and work conditioning. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled, multidisciplinary team while treating a diverse patient population. Minimum Requirements: • 1+ year of hand therapy experience • Splinting experience required

Salary Range starting at: $105,000.00 up to $125,000.00(Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license
1 year minimum exp in hands required
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
