We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in Hawthorne, CA.
The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized, one-on-one therapy to children and young adults from birth through 21 years of age. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric care, committed to achieving positive patient outcomes, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients from birth through 21 years of age.
Conduct evaluations and identify patients' functional, developmental, and therapeutic needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
Provide one-on-one therapy to improve functional independence, motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Manage an assigned caseload independently and effectively.
Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the care team.
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Developmental Interventionists, and Early Intervention Specialists to support a whole-child approach.
Participate in team meetings, scheduling coordination, referral development, and interdisciplinary planning as needed.
Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based clinical practices.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current or pending California Occupational Therapist license.
Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
