Responsibilities:

The Occupational Therapist is directly responsible for the care given to a group of patients. This includes adherence to case management principles, assessment of patient needs, development of patient care plans, scheduling of patient and team assignments, administration of occupational therapy care, evaluation of occupational therapy care, and supervision of non-professionals and para-professionals in the delivery of patient care in the home care setting while maintaining productivity standards. In this role, the occupational Therapist is responsible for positively impacting: clinical outcomes, patient care plan goals, appropriate utilization of the agency’s financial and human resources, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• OT License in the State of Maryland
  
• Prior Home Care experience (preferred)
  
• Prior EMR experience (Kinnser preferred)
  
• MUST be efficient with documentation
