• Location: 646 Virginia Street, 8th Floor, Dunedin, Fl. 34698
• Status: Full Time, Exempt
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Work: No
• On Call: Yes
• Home visits in assigned service area: Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and surrounding areas

The Home Health Occupational Therapist provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.
• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Occupational Therapist State of Florida Licensure
• Basic Life Support
• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

Education:

• Bachelors Occupational Therapy
• Preferred Masters Occupational Therapy

Experience:

• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience
• Preferred 1 year Home Care
