Position Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist – Home Health

• Location: Marysville, California

• Contract: 13 Weeks

• Schedule:

  • Day Shift

  • Monday–Friday

  • 8-hour shifts

• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided in addition to standard compensation

What You'll Need

• Active Occupational Therapist License

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or OTD (as applicable)

• Current BLS (or CPR) Certification

• Valid Driver's License

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Home Health experience preferred but not required

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills

• Provide therapeutic interventions in patients' homes

• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and adaptive techniques

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as assigned
