What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily functioning
Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based occupational therapy techniques
Support patients in restoring physical, social, and mental abilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise assigned therapy assistants and support staff as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required
CPR/BLS certification required
Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred
Strong communication, patient care, and clinical assessment skills
