Pride Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support our client’s Home Health program in West Orange, NJ with coverage across Morris County. This is a 3-month contract assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: West Orange, NJ
Coverage Area: Morris County
Duration: 3+ months Contract (Possibilities of extension)
Pay rate: $48-$53/hr. On W2 (Negotiable - Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: Mon to Fri (5 days/wk.) / 8 am to 4:30 PM
 
On Call/ Weekend: As needed
Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement Provided (from first patient to last patient, excluding travel to and from home)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform occupational therapy evaluations in patients’ homes
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  3. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
  4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  5. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety practices, and adaptive equipment
  6. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient care
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Home health/home care experience required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
