    What You’ll Do:

    • Assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients’ independence and daily function.
    • Use evidence-based techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
    • Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and home exercises.
    • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

    What You’ll Need:

    Active OT License in Texas
    Degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
    Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills
    Passion for Helping Patients Regain Independence
