Memorial Hermann Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist for the Seating & Mobility team at TIRR Outpatient Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex mobility and positioning needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and recommend wheelchairs, seating systems, and adaptive equipment to maximize independence and safety. You will collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, rehab engineers, vendors, and families, provide patient and caregiver training, document thoroughly in the EMR, and contribute to quality improvement within a collaborative, innovative care environment.
