JOB SUMMARY:The purpose of this job is to provide home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services to assigned infants and toddlers and their families. The Early Intervention program is provided on a regional basis across the state of North Dakota.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years' experience required:
Bachelor's degree in Early Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Registered Nursing, Social Work, Special Education, or Speech TherapyProgram emphasis on early childhood special needs training or practicumActive North Dakota licensure in individual discipline or area of studyValid North Dakota driver's licenseLocal travel required
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Master's degree or Doctoral degreePrior experience in Early Intervention programmingPrior experience in special education, early childhood development or developmental disabilities
Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
