Position Summary

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Inpatient Occupational Therapist I to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Boston location

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols.
  • Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses
  • Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals
  • Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs
  • Instructing and educating patients/families
  • Arranging follow-up services as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy

Experience:

  • Minimum one to two years of previous pediatric OT experience preferred, pediatric hospital based highly preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

  • Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA

Schedule is M-F, with weekend and holiday rotations

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
