Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Neuro Rehab

• Full-time, permanent position
• Neuro-focused position - Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, etc
• Orthopedic cases, including hip fractures, polytrauma, multi-fractures, etc
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Join a compassionate and caring team of 7 other OT's and 5 PT's who focus on supporting each other and seeing patients improve through evidence-based care

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time, permanent Inpatient Rehab position focused on the Neuro population. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion for Neurological Conditions
• Desire to pursue career growth
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Inpatient Rehab Experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship is not available
