    We are a well established private practice (initially started in 2011 as a home therapy business which expanded into 3 clinics located in Columbia Falls, Kalispell and Eureka, MT), that is well respected, and growing. This private practice is a Montana owned company, with 17 employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Treatment of all patients ethically and respectfully.
    • A commitment to guide, motivate and encourage each patient and their caregivers in their individual journey toward rehabilitation/habilitation.
    • Ability to work with caregivers in the sessions and communicate effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
    • A holistic perspective and will be able to adapt the environment to fit the family/patient.
    • Experience in private practice preferred but not required.
    • May require supervision of assistants

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited OT program.
    • Current Montana OT license (or eligible).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
