Kid Power is growing, and we’re looking for an amazing Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in either a part-time or full-time role.


At Kid Power, we believe pediatric OT should be playful, relationship-based, neuroaffirming, and rooted in meaningful connection with both kids and their caregivers. We are a collaborative outpatient pediatric practice serving children from birth through young adulthood, with a strong focus on helping kids build confidence, regulation, participation, and independence through child-led, sensory-enriched care.

We’re searching for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who:


Is passionate about working with children and families
Values neuroaffirming, strengths-based care
Enjoys sensory integration, play-based therapy, emotional regulation support, feeding, executive functioning, and helping kids participate in the occupations that matter most
Loves collaborating with teammates, caregivers, schools, and community partners
Brings creativity, warmth, flexibility, and a growth mindset
Wants to keep learning and developing their clinical skills


Qualifications
Required:


  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (Wisconsin license required)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to family-centered care
Preferred (but not required):
  • Pediatric outpatient experience
  • Experience with sensory integration, feeding, regulation, or neurodiversity-affirming care
  • New grads with strong pediatric fieldwork and a passion for learning are welcome to apply
