Certifications:
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license.
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel between assigned school sites.
- Therapist will travel between three school sites (school assignments are still being finalized) to provide evaluations, direct therapy services, consultation, and support.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement therapy services in accordance with student IEPs.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in the school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations.
