Position Summary:
Provides individualized occupational therapy by evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, implementation of treatments and education of the patient and family. OT assessments play a key role in discharge planning.
Position Qualification:
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Tennessee.
