Occupational Therapist – School-Based (Contract)
Location: Arizona 86404
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM (depending on IEP meetings)

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (early release)

• Full school year contract, 36 hours guaranteed/week

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for students Preschool through High School

• Responsible for ~25 students (treatments), plus screenings, evaluations, and annual write-ups

• Float to 6 schools (2 schools interconnected; 2 schools ~20 min drive from Parker area)

• Maintain documentation using DSCTop (daily) and EIEPPRO (annuals, evaluations, quarterlies); internal documentation in Teams

• Collaborate with COTA and school staff to ensure student progress and compliance

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license (OT, not COTA) – Required

• BLS certification – Required

• Experience with student evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation – Preferred
