In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver functional interventions that enhance safety, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in an EHR, and participate in ongoing professional development within a culture of respect and clinical excellence.
