Occupational Therapist

Position Overview:

• Full-time Occupational Therapist position located in McPherson, Kansas
• Possible secondary coverage in Lindsborg, Kansas
• Both inpatient and outpatient within a community based hospital setting
• Pay range: $38-$46/hour, depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Both new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
• 1 hours from Wichita, Kansas

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
