Occupational Therapist
Infinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. In this role, you will help adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based therapy services.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents, create and carry out treatment plans, document progress, communicate with the care team, and provide therapy services under physician orders. This position works with adults who may have orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or other medical conditions that impact daily function.
We welcome both experienced Occupational Therapists and new graduates who are ready to grow in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluate residents and identify functional needs
Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, safety, strength, coordination, and independence
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Support residents in reaching their highest level of function and independence
Follow company policies, professional standards, and physician orders
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Occupational Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure, in the state of practice
Strong communication and documentation skills
A team-focused approach to care
Passion for helping older adults improve their quality of life

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist.
Current state licensure.
