Essential Responsibilities*Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for pediatric patients
*Develop individualized treatment plans and establish measurable goals
*Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, developmental, and functional challenges
*Complete re-evaluations and update plans of care as needed
*Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
*Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
*Supervise and collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), as applicable
*Educate families on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress
*Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

Qualifications*Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
*Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
*Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with pediatric clinical experience are encouraged to apply
*Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
