Job Description:

Active OT Ohio LicenseEvaluation and treatment of both short term and long term patients in the SNF setting. With the supervision and assistance of COTA's the OT will complete timely documentation and treatments.By developing individualized treatment plans, based on physician orders, the OT will help residents improve their independence in ADL's, functional mobility, cognition, upper extremity function, and overall quality of life.The OT collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to promote a safe discharge and maximize each resident's functional potential through various treatment approaches.
