Job Summary:

Position Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Marysville, CA 95901
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM availability window)
Pay rate: 65-70$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and areas requiring intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using appropriate occupational therapy techniques and protocols.
• Provide therapy interventions designed to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
• Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate updates with appropriate care team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation according to organizational standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals.
• Supervise assigned occupational therapy assistants as required.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Master's degree in occupational therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required.
• Foreign equivalent education accepted where applicable.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in all applicable states of practice.
• Current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
