Advanced Therapy Resources

What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents regain the skills they need to safely perform everyday activities and maximize their independence.
Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care
Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
