Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions designed to maximize independence, safety, functional performance, and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs, goals, and individualized treatment plans
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to comprehensive care planning
Deliver and document occupational therapy interventions in accordance with established care plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, muscle re-education, functional training, and activities of daily living (ADL) support
Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate based on outcomes and changing needs
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff regarding therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and safety measures
Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and healthcare providers to support optimal patient outcomes
Supervise and provide guidance to Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to improve patient independence and safety
Support patient participation in meaningful daily activities and promote functional recovery
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred
Active Occupational Therapist License or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
CPR and First Aid Certification preferred upon hire and required within designated timeframe if not already certified
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient education skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
Experience treating adult and geriatric populations
Experience working with medically complex patients
Experience developing individualized treatment plans and measurable functional goals
