Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a role in Mound City, MO.

This position is based in a rehab/LTC setting, focusing on improving patients' independence with ADLs and functional mobility.

Requirements

• Active Missouri OT License

• Minimum 1 year of OT experience (required)

• Experience in LTC or Rehab setting (required)

• Knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and functional rehab

• Must be submitted at posted rate

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts

• Flexible start/end times (must be consistent and coordinated with DOR)

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Setting: Rehab / Long-Term Care

Facility Overview

• Focus on patients with:

  • Cognitive impairments

  • ADL and functional limitations

• Treatments include:

  • ADL retraining

  • Therapeutic exercise and activities

  • Assistive device training

• Collaborative rehab environment with therapy team support

• No weekends or on-call required

• Must document and track treatment minutes per regulatory standards

• Opportunity to supervise COTAs and rehab staff

• Participation in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings required
