Position Details ----------------
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Employment Type: PRN Pay Rate: $50-$58 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities ----------------
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans • Provide direct occupational therapy services to improve independence with activities of daily living • Collaborate with and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications -------------
• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing • Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills • Commitment to quality care and positive patient outcomes
