    NOW HIRING an Occupational Therapist for per diem opportunities in a home care setting. You will be paid for each completed patient visit (with documentation).

    WORK INDEPENDENTLY  *  1-to-1 IN-HOME PATIENT CARE  *  NO OASIS! (We have RNs for that)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform home visits for patients in a home care setting in Windham and/or Tolland Counties (New London county also possible)
    • Regularly re-evaluates the therapy needs of our clients; initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to our patient's plan of care
    • Observes, records, and coordinates care with multi-disciplines regarding the patient's treatment and any change in condition
    • Teaches, supervises, and counsels the patient and family regarding home therapy procedures and other care needs as appropriate to the patient’s condition

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Connecticut
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Reliable transportation and willing to travel within a designated service area
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Home health experience including Medicare helpful but not required

    Compensation: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
