Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $60.30/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional assessments
• Support patients recovering from spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputations, surgeries, and other complex conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload independently in inpatient rehab, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
• Use EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse and Wellsky for documentation
• Attend an initial hospital and departmental orientation, with full case load expected by week's end
• Maintain professionalism with pewter or business casual attire, onsite parking provided

What You Need:

• Current Louisiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to assist with ADLs and work effectively within a team
• Strong skills in managing complex patient diagnoses and conditions
