Pay rate: $60.30/hour

What Youll Do:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional assessments
Support patients recovering from spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputations, surgeries, and other complex conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a caseload independently in inpatient rehab, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
Use EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse and Wellsky for documentation
Attend an initial hospital and departmental orientation, with full case load expected by week's end
Maintain professionalism with pewter or business casual attire, onsite parking provided
What You Need:
Current Louisiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to assist with ADLs and work effectively within a team
Strong skills in managing complex patient diagnoses and conditions
