JOB SUMMARY
Evaluation and treatment of functional deficits, especially those that affect activities of daily living, fine motor or cognitive functions. Primarily works under orders from physicians and other licensed independent practitioners. Development and implementation of treatment programs. Works with individuals birth thru geriatrics. Delegation to and supervision of COTA and support staff. Patient, family, and community education. Documentation of the above information and activities. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience.
