    We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patient care and has experience with rehab of the upper extremity, including custom splint fabrication and wound care. Join our team as an Occupational Therapist at our downtown Orlando location and experience a supportive, engaging, and rewarding work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapist program • Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly • CPR certification • Outpatient orthopedic hand therapy experience, including custom splint fabrication, wound care, exercise, manual-based skills is required • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset • Passion about delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
