Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates seeking to grow their clinical skills in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Patient Population
- Orthopedic patients
- Neurological rehabilitation patients
- Pelvic health patients
Productivity Expectations
- Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
- Average patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Requirements
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting
