Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent or Travel (SNF)

  • Location: California 95602

  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Employment Type: Permanent or Travel

  • Compensation: $55 – $75/hour

Schedule

  • Schedule based on facility needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create OT care plans

  • Provide ADL-focused therapy and rehab interventions

  • Supervise COTAs and coordinate care

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment

  • Complete timely, compliant documentation

Requirements

  • Active California OT license (required)

  • SNF or rehab experience preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
