Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent or Travel (SNF)

Schedule
Schedule based on facility needs
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create OT care plans
Provide ADL-focused therapy and rehab interventions
Supervise COTAs and coordinate care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment
Complete timely, compliant documentation
Requirements
Active California OT license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
