The wage range for this role takes into account a range of factors in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Element Education believes in professional learning and reflection and utilizes a merit based compensation program.

Come join our growing team! The Occupational Therapist is a classified, exempt position with Element Education, Inc. (EEI). The Occupational Therapist shall provide educationally related occupational therapy services to students with various disabilities in accordance with the student's Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). The Occupational Therapist will work in collaboration with and report to the Director of Student Services and SPED Program Manager.
