Occupational Therapist - OT

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Hand Therapy (Contract)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract position in an outpatient hand therapy setting. The OT will work with patients recovering from hand, wrist, and upper extremity injuries, providing specialized therapeutic interventions to restore function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapy license

• Experience in hand therapy or upper extremity rehab preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
