• Contract: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Compensation: $1900 - $1944 per week

Key Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations of patient functional abilities, including physical, emotional, and cognitive components.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence.

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and modifications to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with facility standards.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.

Key Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate degree).

• Current and active Washington (WA) Occupational Therapist license.

• Valid NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.

• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.

• Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
