About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement customized occupational therapy programs that cater to each patient's unique needs and abilities. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and Mobility Gym, simulating everyday situations, will provide a supportive environment for you to help our patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, and develop personalized occupational therapy plans to address their needs and goals

• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including strengthening, range of motion, balance, and cognitive exercises, to promote functional independence

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
