    Shift: Monday - Friday 8-4:30pm; weekends as needed

    Must haves:

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.  Possession of current OT license to practice in New York State.

• Minimum of one-year experience in a Long Term Care/Home Care setting

• Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)

• Working knowledge of the operation and minor maintenance of apparatus and equipment used in Occupational Therapy.

• Working knowledge of community resources.

• Knowledgeable in the principles, practices and techniques of Occupational Therapy.
