Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 16-week assignment in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide appropriate occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Support patients in improving daily living and functional skills
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
