Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Per Diem

We are growing and seeking an experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a per diem basis in the Inland Empire area!

Key Responsibilities
- Implement standards of care for occupational therapy services in accordance with the home health plan of care.
- Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Evaluate patient's functional status (muscle function, endurance, coordination, communication skills, self-care ability, etc.).
- Assess home environment for safety and recommend adaptive equipment.
- Develop individualized treatment programs and set functional goals.
- Train patients in daily living activities, prosthetic/orthotic device use, and adaptive equipment.
- Fabricate splints as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid California OT License
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance
