- Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
- Traveling within assigned territories to provide care
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Current CA OT License
- BLS certification
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Auto Registration
- TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual) vaccinations
- Drug screen and physical clearance
- Need 1 year experience in setting
