As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will float to various areas as needed, ensuring comprehensive care and support to those who need it most. • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting
• Utilize EPIC for accurate documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all state licensure and certification requirements
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working 3 days a week with varying days
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required if licensed on or after January 2007
• Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
