In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs
- Facilitate activities of daily living to prevent further restrictions of function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with skills and training
Requirements:
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
