Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)- Long Term Care (LTC) (Days)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT)- Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Moore, OK.


Contract Details
  • M-F, 8 hr days. Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM/35 GWW
  • Start Date: 7/20/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: Moore, OK
  • Hourly Pay: $ 30.70
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2167.00
  • Nonbillable Hours: 8 hours
  • On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively screens/evaluates patients and/ with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
  • Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Administers various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including but not limited to: ADL retraining; therapeutic activities; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices; etc.
  • Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluates treatment outcomes for effectiveness. Services are modified in relation to patient evaluation and referrals are made in relation to outcomes.
  • Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders.
  • Effectively communicates with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
  • Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Documents all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records according to company policy.
  • Accurately records treatment minutes for services provided per all regulatory and clinical requirements.
  • Participation in required meetings including but not limited to: patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, rehabilitation meetings, etc.
  • Participate in facility and company required training, in-services and conferences.
  • Able to obtain any necessary DME or supplies per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Able to supervise and support occupational therapist assistants; rehabilitation aides and/or students.
  • Adherence to NBCOT and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, ethics during professional practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements


Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have 1+ years of OT experience
  • Must have LTC or Rehab Experience
  • Must have Active OT license
  • New Grads are considered as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience.
  • Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected
  • Must have active license at time of submission
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association desired
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
