Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions that promote independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and in the community.
- Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred
